Returns

Beacon Tees is a one woman show! As proud as I am of that, limitations arise. Please allow 2-3 business days for me to respond to your email request. Thank you!

PRINT ON DEMAND

Since we don't have our own printing equipment this early in business, we partner with print on demand companies. This means our original designs are uploaded to a company that prints and ships our products directly from their facilities. Samples are sent and inspected before going live on our site, to ensure quality in the print and fabric choices.

Working with print on demand companies, all products are unique and produced per order. This is why you need to triple check all your information (including variant preference, payment info and especially your shipping address) at check out. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items which means I'm filling up my house with product if you accidentally ordered the wrong item.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Sale or clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, you must reach out and email support@beacontee.com before the 30 day return window is up. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. Please include your order number, item you'd like to return/exchange and the reason for doing so. This way we can confirm if a return/exchange is applicable based on our policies.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns/exchanges sent back to us. We will not be held responsible for lost-in-transit returns.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

We can replace a defective order if there are any printing issues, manufacturing errors and such. Please email support@beacontee.com within 3 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item and your order number. Requests after the 3 day period will not be processed.

We are not responsible if it is damaged in transit (you must then contact the mail provider). If they've already been contacted you can then reach out to us if you have more questions.
