ORDER CHANGES

We so appreciate your business! PLEASE make sure to review your order carefully before checking out as it cannot be modified.

We work with print on demand companies who handle the printing and shipping. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Triple check your details!

CANCELLED ORDERS

While we work with print on demand companies, we cannot cancel any orders. Please make sure you want your item before placing your order. 

PRODUCTION/SHIPPING

Every order is unique and printed as they sell. Please allow 3-5 business days for the production process on your order. Although usually orders are shipped sooner, the nature of unique t-shirt printing can sometimes vary. 

Orders may be split across multiple shipments if you order more than one item.*

Make sure to enter your email and contact info while checking out so you can receive tracking/order updates!

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS

Because of the nature of our print on demand partners, we do not take responsibility for any packages shipped to the wrong given address. Please verify your shipping address is correct before checking out.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If you've checked your tracking information which is marked "delivered" but that isn't the case, no sweat! Sometimes shipping companies update the tracking info early. There may be a note or alert displayed in your tracking timeline.

Please call, visit or contact the mail provider listed on your order with inquiries for your package. Make sure to have your order and tracking number ready before explaining the situation to them.

Beacon Tees is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once in transit. 

PRODUCT IMAGES

Most of our product images are "mock-up designs" unless we personally take our own photos with samples. We make every effort to display colors and designs as accurate as possible. Monitor or phone screen settings may cause discoloration which we do not take responsibility for. We hope you understand this nature of shopping online.
